On this page, you will find a set of assessment modifications submitted for the “Utilizing Equitable Assessments” Micro-credential. The authoring teacher utilized Google Drawings to enhance her students’ engagement with the content of each summative assessment. Rather than simply relying on traditional writing prompts, a modified equitable assessment features multimodal directions and response formats. The authoring teacher features the positive impact on the quality of students’ responses as well as data on overall class improvements.
